We are deeply concerned by reports that Sudan People’s Liberation Movement/Army-North (SPLA-M-N) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have kidnapped and forcibly recruited young men to serve as fighters in their war against Sudan Armed Forces (SAF). Such actions constitute serious violations of international humanitarian law and human-rights standards.
