The heinous crimes committed in the city of Bara, which resulted in the killing of innocent civilians, are a blatant violation of international humanitarian law. After capturing the city of Bara in North Kordofan state elements from the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), members from certain families were targeted and killed in cold blood.
