Launch of “Battles of the Constitutional Revolution Book”

In the presence of several legal experts and active members of civil society and public service, Justice Africa Sudan was launched the book of “Battles of the Constitutional Revolution” by Mr. Nabil Adeeb.
The book contains six chapters discussed the following topics:
- The battles of the revolution to support press freedom.
- The suspension of newspapers.
- The right to a fair trial.
- Freedom of assembly.
- Religious freedoms.
- Challenging the powers of the President.
The attendees enriched the event with a series of discussions on issues related to the constitution, the constitutional court and its powers, the violation of freedoms, and the suspension of newspapers during the former regime. They also pointed out the opportunities available to enhance freedoms and rights under the revolutionary government.
